DJ Ortho DonJoy UltraSling III Arm Sling, Small, Black 11-0449-2

The DJ Ortho 11-0449-2 DonJoy® UltraSling® III is a small, black arm sling designed for immobilization and support following rotator cuff repairs, capsular shifts, Bankhart repairs, glenohumeral dislocations/subluxation, and soft tissue repairs/strains.

It features a de-rotation strap to prevent internal rotation by holding the arm in a neutral position. Constructed from moisture-wicking mesh fabric, the sling provides enhanced comfort, especially during long-term use, and promotes air exchange to reduce infection risk. The easy-open front panel facilitates forearm exercises. The sling allows for versatile arm positioning (posterior or anterior) according to post-operative requirements. Quick-release buckles simplify application and removal for exercise/therapy. Sizing is determined by measuring from the elbow crease to the base of the index finger. The materials include nylon, mesh fabric, polyester, polyurethane foam, and terry cloth. It features both buckle and hook and loop strap closures and is suitable for either the left or right arm.
