Indications:

  • Ideal for a variety of smaller wounds with moderate to heavy drainage and a high risk of infection, including:
    • Pressure injuries
    • Diabetic foot ulcers
    • Surgical wounds
    • Abrasions
    • Lacerations

Contraindications:

  • Do not use on dry wounds.
  • Do not use on wounds with exposed bone or tendon.
  • Do not use on patients with known allergies to Bismuth Tribromophenate or other ingredients.

Application Instructions:

  1. Cleanse the wound area thoroughly with soap and water.
  2. Dry the wound area completely.
  3. Remove the dressing from the package and carefully apply it to the wound area.
  4. Smooth the dressing around the edges to ensure a secure fit.
  5. Change the dressing as needed, usually every 2-3 days, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Additional Information:

  • The dressing can be used with a secondary dressing to secure it in place and provide additional protection.
  • If you experience any redness, itching, or swelling at the wound site, discontinue use and consult with a healthcare professional.
