Contraindications:

• Known or suspected esophageal perforation in infants.
• Active gastrointestinal bleeding in infants.
• Facial or airway trauma in infants.

Instructions for Use:

1. Select the appropriate size of I-gel® based on the infant’s age and weight.
2. Open the sterile package and remove the I-gel®.
3. Lubricate the I-gel® with water-soluble lubricant.
4. Gently insert the I-gel® into the infant’s mouth until the flange is flush with the lips.
5. Verify placement by ensuring the infant’s chest is rising and falling with each breath.
6. Secure the I-gel® in place using an appropriate infant head strap or tape.
7. Monitor the infant’s vital signs and oxygen saturation.
8. Remove the I-gel® when it is no longer needed.
