At Health Supply 770, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.


1. Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Free from damage not caused during shipping

⚠️ Certain products are not eligible for return due to health, safety, or regulatory restrictions (see Section 6).


2. How to Request a Return

To start a return or exchange, please email support@healthsupply770.com with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Product(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return (refund or exchange requested)

Our team will provide step-by-step return instructions.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after your return is received and inspected.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of product defects or errors on our part.


4. Exchanges

If your product arrives defective or damaged, we will replace it with the same item (or an equivalent product if unavailable). Requests must be made within the 30-day return period.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We cover return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • PPE products (masks, gloves, gowns, face shields) — even if packaging is intact

  • Opened personal care and health products

  • Items past their expiration date


7. Restocking Fees

  • A 20% restocking fee may apply to high-value or bulk order returns.

  • This fee will be disclosed and agreed upon before your return is processed.
