This ready-to-use injection contains 10 mEq of Potassium Chloride in 100 mL of Water for Injection, USP, and is ideal for patients who require potassium supplementation but cannot take oral medications.

- Standard administration rate: Maximum of 10 mEq per hour or 200 mEq in a 24-hour period.
- In urgent cases, with potassium levels <2.0 mEq/L, rates up to 40 mEq/hour or 400 mEq in 24 hours may be administered under strict monitoring.
