The Cook Medical G23864 CXI® Support Catheter is a high-performance device designed for use in small, tortuous, or super-selective vessels during diagnostic and interventional procedures, including peripheral, neurovascular, and embolization applications. This 2.6 French (Fr), 135 cm long catheter features a 0.018″ inner lumen with an angled tip configuration to enhance steerability and access to challenging anatomies. Constructed with a stainless steel braid for improved torque control, pushability, and kink resistance. The distal 40 cm is coated with a hydrophilic coating to reduce friction and improve trackability over guidewires. Radiopaque platinum-iridium markers near the tip provide excellent visibility under fluoroscopy for precise placement. Exterior depth markings allow clinicians to monitor insertion depth relative to the sheath for accurate positioning. Engineered with a smooth transition from catheter tip to guidewire to minimize vessel trauma during navigation. Ideal for supporting microcatheters, delivering therapeutic agents, or facilitating wire advancement in complex vascular environments. Sterile, single-use device. Packaged one per unit.
