  • Free Shipping: Eligible orders of $1,000 or more qualify for free standard shipping within our service area.
  • Exclusions: Free shipping does not apply to heavy or oversized items, defined as:
    • Any single item weighing more than 150 lbs, or
    • Products designated as freight/oversized during checkout.
  • Heavy or oversized items may incur additional freight charges that will be displayed or quoted before your order is confirmed.

2. Order Processing Times

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders placed after our daily cut-off time or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Times & Service Levels

Estimated delivery times depend on your location, selected shipping method, and product availability. Typical time frames are:

  • Standard Ground: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited: 2–3 business days (where available)
  • Next-Day Delivery: available for most orders at an additional cost, subject to item eligibility and destination (see section 7).

These time frames are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Weekends & Public Holidays

Our delivery services do not operate on public holidays. Any orders placed on a public holiday will be processed on the next business day. Please plan your orders accordingly to avoid delays.

5. Delivery Areas & Postcode/ZIP Code Eligibility

To check if we deliver to your area, simply enter your ZIP/postcode on our delivery information page or during the checkout process. If your address is within our delivery range, available shipping options will be displayed automatically.

If your location falls outside our standard delivery area, please contact our customer service team to explore alternative delivery options or obtain a custom freight quote.

6. Order Tracking

You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you have not received tracking information or need further assistance, please contact our customer service team with your order number and we will help you locate your package.

7. Next-Day Delivery

Next-day delivery is available for most orders at an additional cost. Availability depends on:

  • The items you have purchased (size, weight, and stock status)
  • Your delivery location
  • The time and day your order is placed

To request next-day delivery, please select the appropriate option during checkout. We will confirm availability for your specific order, and any applicable surcharges will be displayed before you complete payment.

8. Signature & Delivery Confirmation

For security and verification purposes, a signature is required upon delivery for most shipments. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, you may:

  • Arrange for an authorized person to sign on your behalf, or
  • Contact the carrier or our customer service team to discuss alternative delivery arrangements where possible.

If delivery is attempted and no one is available to sign, the carrier may leave a notice with instructions for re-delivery or pickup.

9. Heavy, Oversized & Freight Shipments

Items weighing more than 150 lbs or classified as oversized may require palletized or freight shipping. In such cases:

  • Additional freight charges may apply and will be communicated prior to shipment.
  • Special delivery arrangements (such as liftgate service or dock delivery) may be required.
  • Free shipping promotions do not apply to these items.

10. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any items are missing, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 2 business days of receipt, providing photos and your order number, so we can open an investigation with the carrier.

For shipments that appear lost or significantly delayed, reach out to our customer service team. We will work with the carrier to track and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
