The 3M 365885 DuraPrep™ is a sterile, fast-drying surgical skin antiseptic solution designed to deliver rapid, broad-spectrum microbial protection before invasive procedures. Each single-use applicator contains 26 mL of solution with 0.7% iodine povacrylex and 74% isopropyl alcohol, providing immediate and persistent antimicrobial activity against bacteria, fungi, and viruses.

Upon application, the solution dries quickly to form a durable, adherent film that resists wiping and remains intact throughout the procedure — even under drapes. This film also acts as a primer to help secure incise drapes, reducing movement and contamination risk. The applicator design ensures controlled, even coverage for consistent prep quality.

Ideal for use in operating rooms, ambulatory surgery centers, and procedural suites. Easy to remove post-procedure with saline or a sponge, minimizing irritation and cleanup time.

Non-sterile applicator (solution is sterile-filled). Latex-free. Not made with natural rubber latex.
