The Arthrex JumpStart Antibacterial Wound Dressing is a ready-to-use sterile dressing designed to support the natural healing process while helping to reduce the risk of infection. Measuring 2 inches by 5 inches, this breathable adhesive film contains a transparent polyurethane backing with an integrated layer of pure silver for continuous antimicrobial protection. Silver is released upon contact with wound moisture, providing broad-spectrum activity against bacteria including MRSA and other common pathogens. The dressing maintains a moist wound environment to promote autolytic debridement and faster healing. Waterproof and flexible, it conforms comfortably to contoured body areas and allows patients to shower without removal.
