Indications for Use:

Application Instructions:

1. Clean the wound bed and surrounding skin with a sterile saline solution.
2. Dry the skin around the wound thoroughly.
3. Remove the dressing from the packaging and carefully remove the paper backing.
4. Place the dressing directly on the wound bed, ensuring the foam pad covers the entire wound surface.
5. Smooth the edges of the dressing to secure it in place.
6. Secure the dressing with additional tape if necessary.
