The DermaRite Industries 00280E is a DermaLevin® foam dressing measuring 4 inches by 4 inches.
It is a moderately absorbent, waterproof foam island dressing with a border and hydrocolloid adhesive. This sterile, square dressing is designed to maintain a moist wound environment, conform easily to difficult-to-dress areas, and protect and cushion the wound. It is packaged with 10 dressings per box.
