- Administer first dose to infants beginning at 6 weeks of age
- Administer second dose after an interval of at least 4 weeks and prior to 24 weeks of age
- Vial of lyophilized vaccine to be reconstituted with accompanying liquid diluent in a prefilled oral applicator
- Includes a prefilled oral applicator of liquid diluent with a plunger stopper
- Includes a transfer adapter for reconstitution
- Store lyophilized vaccine refrigerated between 2 and 8 degrees C (36 and 46 degrees F)
- Diluent may be stored at controlled room temperature
