The GORE Seamguard TRI45P is a bioabsorbable staple line reinforcement device designed to provide additional support and hemostasis to staple lines in gastrointestinal surgery. It is made from a tri-leaflet design of expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE) membrane that conforms to the tissue and helps to prevent bleeding and leaks. The TRI45P is available in a variety of sizes to accommodate different anatomical needs.
