The Pajunk 783490 Ultraplex 360® is a sterile, single-use nerve block needle designed for precise peripheral nerve and plexus anesthesia under ultrasound guidance. This 20 gauge x 4 inch (100 mm) echogenic needle features a proprietary black echogenic tip and shaft technology that enhances visibility on ultrasound imaging from any angle — critical for accurate needle placement during regional anesthesia procedures.

Equipped with a 30° bevel for smooth tissue penetration and reduced deflection, the non-insulated design allows compatibility with nerve stimulators when combined with an extension set, supporting both ultrasound-guided and neurostimulation techniques (dual guidance).

Includes an integrated extension set for improved control and maneuverability during deep nerve blocks. Ideal for use in orthopedic, chronic pain, and surgical settings for procedures such as femoral, sciatic, brachial plexus, and epidural blocks.
