The Posey 295489 is a durable, red restraint cuff designed for patient safety and secure immobilization in clinical settings. Part of the Twice-As-Tough® line, this universal ankle cuff is built with reinforced stitching and high-strength materials to provide enhanced durability and resistance to tampering — ideal for use with combative or agitated patients.

Made from soft, skin-friendly neoprene, the cuff is gentle on the skin while offering firm support. It adjusts to fit most limb sizes and can also be used on larger wrists when needed. The hook-and-loop closure ensures quick application and secure fastening.

Includes two universal Posey keys for centralized locking system compatibility, allowing caregivers to lock and unlock restraints efficiently while maintaining control.
