B. Braun 70% Dextrose Injection USP is a sterile, nonpyrogenic, hypertonic solution designed to serve as a high-calorie nutritional source in parenteral feeding regimens. This concentrated dextrose solution provides 70 grams of dextrose per 100 mL, delivering substantial energy for patients requiring intensive caloric support. Intended for intravenous use only after appropriate admixture or dilution in central parenteral nutrition (TPN) formulations. Packaged in the TITAN XL® container — a durable, multilayered film system specifically engineered for parenteral drugs. The solution-contact layer is a rubberized copolymer of ethylene and propylene, ensuring biocompatibility and stability. The container is nontoxic, biologically inert, and free of natural rubber latex, PVC, and DEHP — enhancing patient safety and reducing exposure risks.
