This blood sample is obtained after finger pricking with a sterile lancet and lancing device. The sample is then loaded into a blood glucose meter to estimate the patient’s blood glucose levels.

Packaging

FreeStyle Precision Neo blood glucose monitoring meter kit is packed in a box. Except for the lancets, all other components of the kit are non-sterile. To ensure accurate readings, minimize the exposure of the components to the environment and always keep lancets packed before use.
